By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

ALLERGEN ADVICE

Crumb Together’s products contain WHEAT, EGGS, DAIRY and are manufactured in a home kitchen that regularly uses WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and DAIRY products. Crumb Together’s products may also include, or have contact with, natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavourings, artificial sweeteners, artificial colour and other allergens not listed.

As Crumb Together is unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment, they are unable to offer allergen-friendly options and will not be held liable for allergic reactions to products.

ORDER COLLECTION

A date and time frame for collection from Crumb Together in Longwarry will be provided to you. If you are unable to make this time, you are required to notify Crumb Together as soon as possible so that an alternative time can be arranged.

If you arrive outside the agreed time for collection without notice, you may not be able to collect your order and will need to contact Crumb Together to arrange an alternative day/time based on Crumb Together’s availability.

REDISTRIBUTION FOLLOWING NO-SHOW

In the event you do not collect your order on the day/time agreed and you fail to notify Crumb Together, Crumb Together will attempt to reach you to arrange an alternative time/date for collection three (3) times within three (3) calendar days via the contact method(s) provided. Failure to reschedule or collect following these attempts, Crumb Together retains the right to redistribute by re-sale or give away without any compensation to you.

ORDER FULFILMENT

Crumb Together is not responsible for any delay or inability to fulfil orders based on accidents, natural disasters, illness, death, or any other circumstances beyond Crumb Together’s control.

ORDER RELEASE

If collecting your order from Crumb Together, you assume liability for the transport and storage of your order. Crumb Together will not be held liable for any loss or damage following collection.

If shipping your order, Crumb Together will take all due care to ensure it is packed as safely as possible for the journey, however please be aware that there is always a minute risk of breakages when posting & you accept this risk when requesting postage. In the rare event that breakages occur during transit, Crumb Together will request photographs of the damaged items as you found them (in their original packaging). If a refund is requested, the damaged items will need to be returned to Crumb Together at the buyers' expense for further investigation and refund for the item(s) damaged.

Crumb Together will also ensure that your order is posted allowing enough time to arrive at its destination in line with the shipping provider's timeframes, however cannot accept responsibility for any delays in postage at the hands of the shipping provider.

Crumb Together will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your order due to mishandling or incorrect storage, etc, once delivered to you.

Crumb Together reserves the right to take and use photographs of your order to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation to you.

WORKSHOP/CLASS ADDITIONAL TERMS

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by consumer law and in the following circumstances:

-Class is cancelled.You will be refunded in full.

-Class is rescheduled.You will be offered to transfer your ticket to the new date or a full refund.

While the tickets are non-refundable, you can sell/transfer your ticket to another person. This transaction will not be facilitated by Crumb Together and must be an arrangement between you and the transferee.The transferee must meet the minimum requirements of the class (eg, 18 years and older) and you must advise Crumb Together of the transfer as soon as possible so that records can be updated.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Crumb Together reserves the right to take and use photographs of your creations to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation to you. Crumb Together may also take photographs of you, but will ask your permission before they are used for promotional materials.
